Families in Gaza are returning to the homes they were forced to leave during the Israeli offensive.

Gazan officials say the Isareli attacks destroyed and damaged around 20,000 homes, leaving more than 100,000 people homeless.

Al Jazeera’s Zeina Awad spent a day with one family now forced to live in the ruins of their old house.
